Mailbox Monday #157

Mailbox Mondays (click the icon to check out the new blog) has gone on tour since Marcia at A Girl and Her Books, formerly The Printed Page passed the torch. This month’s host is the Let Them Read Books.

Kristi of The Story Siren continues to sponsor her In My Mailbox meme.

Both of these memes allow bloggers to share what books they receive in the mail or through other means over the past week.

Just be warned that these posts can increase your TBR piles and wish lists.

Here’s what I received this week:

1.  The Confession by Charles Todd for review and the WWI Reading Challenge.

2.  Lovesick by Spencer Seidel for a book tour with Meryl Moss Media Relations in February.

3.  Cinder by Marissa Meyer from Shelf Awareness.

4.  The Book of Lost Fragrances by M.J. Rose for blog tour in February.

5.  Graveminder by Melissa Marr for TLC Book Tour.

6. Thirst No. 4: The Shadow of Death by Christopher Pike from my husband and daughter for Christmas.

7. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern from Anna and her family for Christmas.

8. The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories Volume 1 by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, which I purchased.

What did you receive?  I hope your holiday was filled with books.

  1. Charles Todd is on my list of authors to try. My friends raved about Graveminder and I just haven’t had a chance to read it yet. Thanks for participating in Mailbox Monday this month!

  2. Great mailbox! I have not read Night Circus yet but I have admired my copy. The book is put together beautifully. I think we are both in for a treat when we read it.

  3. Nice mailbox. Believe it or not, I didn’t ask for books this Christmas!

Night Circus was good and I’m seeing good reviews on Cinder.

  4. Night Circus has definitely caught my attention! Enjoy your new books and I hope you had a great Christmas with your family!

  5. You had a great week! It looks like Wiggles already knows the way to her mama’s heart. Enjoy your new books!

  6. Not through the post today, but for Xmas I’ve got Patrick DeWitt’s The Sister Brothers & on my Kindle From the mouth of the whale – Sjon, How to live safely in a science fictional Universe + I also downloaded What is inspiration (writings from the poets of the My Word Wizard community of Writers) featuring me.

  7. You’re going to be busy. Great week!

  8. You got some great bookish gifties! Happy reading!

  9. My mailbox is going to be late this week – awaiting the library opening!
