  1. ok, first, I’m not sure it Poems have a standard for how many lines makes it poetry but ghezz it should. this reads like a short story. or at least a mini story. Just to long. Written this long is long longer feels like poetry in my opinion.

    • I don’t think there are any limits on lines unless you are doing a particular form of poetry…and epic poems and odes from even Greek and Roman times tended to be long and story-like.

  2. I have a problem with poems this long; I tend to lose interest about halfway through. (sorry!) This one is a bit out there for me, but I must say it’s an interesting use of language.

  3. I love the way this speaker calls attention to his “allegory” and “fabulation.”
