Mailbox Monday #128; Library Loot #3

Mailbox Mondays (click the icon at the right to check out the new blog) has gone on tour since Marcia at A Girl and Her Books, formerly The Printed Page passed the torch.  This month our host is Mari Reads .  Kristi of The Story Siren continues to sponsor her In My Mailbox meme.  Both of these memes allow bloggers to share what books they receive in the mail or through other means over the past week.

Just be warned that these posts can increase your TBR piles and wish lists.

Here’s what I received this week:

1.  The Decadent Lovely by Amy Pence, which I received for review from the poet.

2. Lagan Love by Peter Murphy, which I received for review in July/August.

3. The Snow Whale by John Minichillo, for review from Atticus Books at the Gaithersburg Book Frestival.

4. The Great Lenore by J.M. Torline, for review from Atticus Books at the Gaithersburg Book Festival.

Library Loot:

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire and Marg that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

  1. It looks like you got some great books and hopefully had a fun time at the book festival. I’ve been trying to find a book festival in the Seattle area and haven’t had much luck. 🙂

  3. Wonderful mailbox. Happy reading. I received only one book in my mailbox!!

Here is my Monday: Mailbox/What Are You Reading?/Musings post!

  4. These titles are all new to me. I am glad you are finding time to read. I read quite a bit in the middle of the night with my babies. I love that you call her Wiggles. It’s a very cute name!

    • My time to read is while she’s sleeping and its after work…or when hubby is home on the weekends…I generally read in the car too when we are headed to the store, etc. Her nickname is very appropriate since she loves to move all over the place when you hold her. LOL

  5. Haven’t heard of any of these. Happy reading!

  6. Oh the Billy Collins book – that is one I really want! Hope you enjoy it and all the others too of course. Looking forward to your review of that one.

  7. I hope you enjoy your books. I was going to say the same thing as Kathy. I barely find time to read with a chewing puppy let alone a baby. Lol. Give Wiggles a hug!

    • There’s time to read when you can find it. I have to find time to work during the week…even when I am at home with her…so it’s a fun balancing act for sure.

  8. I hope you love them all! Are you finding much time to read these days?

    • I find snippets of time here and there to read. Some days more than others. I tend to read most on Sundays when Cris is home to help with Wiggles.
