Welcome to Savvy Verse & Wit, the home of Serena Agusto-Cox.
Rather than recreate this website as an author page, I’ve kept the name Savvy Verse & Wit, as many people associate me with that blog name.
The blog began as a way to talk about poetry and review books I was reading. And now it will be home to my own books. My first poetry collection, Echoes Carry, debuted from Beltway Editions in April 2026.
Don’t worry I’m still reviewing what I read, but I’ve moved that to Substack. Please subscribe. I’d love to have some paid subscribers, but there are free posts there, too. Subscriptions are as low as $5.
